Snowpack Taproom & Pizzeria is Conifer's place for craft beer, small-batch spirits, unique wine, and delicious artisan pizza, sandwiches, salads, and other fresh fares.


Snowpack Taproom is the home of live music in Conifer, hosting a weekly bluegrass jam, monthly jazz jam and live music just about every weekend in Snowpack Underground, our live music venue and event space.


Our spacious dining room and huge outdoor area make us the perfect place to host your next get-together.  Whether you're looking for event space for a wedding rehearsal, birthday, family reunion, corporate event, Christmas party or anything else, Snowpack is a great place to host your next party.

Live Music

Live music is the soul of Snowpack.  We host a bluegrass jam every Wednesday evening and bands most Friday and Saturday nights @ Snowpack Underground, our live music venue and event space.  We also have live music down on The Beach and seasonal music events during the summer months.  If you're interested in playing at Snowpack, let us know.

Mug Club

Our hottest item of the year is by far Mug Club at Snowpack! Running each year from April 1st - May 31st of the following year, Mug Club gets you access to our mug club-only mugs, bigger pours on all draft beer, free drinks on your birthday, our annual t-shirt and more.

Event Space

With over 2,500 square feet of space inside, a huge covered & heated patio and a massive outdoor area with an 8' firepit that we affectionately call The Beach, Snowpack is the perfect place to host your next event.  We host events year-round - rain, snow or sunshine.  If you're in need of private space, Snowpack Underground, our private music venue is also available.

  • Where are you located?

    We are located west of Aspen Park just off of Highway 285 in Conifer.  Our address is 11863 Springs Rd. #200, Conifer, CO 80433.

  • Are you dog friendly?

    We allow well-behaved dogs down on The Beach but they are not permitted inside the restaurant or on our patio.  All dogs must remain on a leash at all times and owners must clean up after their pets.  We have waste bags available down on The Beach in case you forget your own.  

  • What kind of beer do you serve?

    We specialize in serving only the highest quality craft beer that we can find.  We keep a wide range of styles and flavors available at all times so there's always something for everyone.  

  • Do you serve wine and spirits?

    We sure do!  We've been told our selection of whiskey is one of the finest in Colorado.  We also offer most styles of wine, tequila, gin, rum, liqueurs, and so much more. 

  • Where can I buy gifts cards?

    You can buy gift cards two different ways.  We sell digital gift cards (which is the most convenient method) in our online store.


    We also sell physical gift cards in-person at Snowpack.  Just stop by and ask a bartender for a physical card and they'll load one up for you.

  • Can I make a reservation?

    Reservations must be made at least one week in advance and the party size must be 20+.  We do not accept same-day reservations and we can not make reservations for special events like sporting events, wrestling, brewery events, music nights, etc.  All seating is first-come, first-served.  We do not reserve tables in our dining room or on our patio.  All reservations for large parties are made for our beach area.  If weather is an issue during your reservation we will make all efforts to accommodate your party in our dining room or event space.  A gratuity of 20% will be automatically added to all reservation tabs.

  • When is Happy Hour?

    Happy Hour is Monday-Friday from 3-6pm. You'll get 15% off all drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic as well as 15% off all Munchies.

    Can I order food from the kitchen online?

    You sure can!  Just head over to snowpackgo.com to order securely online.  You can even schedule your order for pickup at a later date or time.

    What time does the kitchen close?

    The kitchen closes 30 minutes before our posted time each day.  Sunday through Thursday it closes at 8:30pm; on Friday and Saturday, it closes at 9:30pm.  Please have your orders submitted via snowpackgo.com prior to this time.

  • Are you currently hiring?
